Rick's Awesome Legacy. . .
Years of dedication to the mission of Operation Aware. Years of sweat, tears and hard work. From sitting in every seat at Skelly Stadium to scuba diving at the Thornton Y pool to painting the Driller at Expo Square, Rick Couri, News Talk 740 KRMG radio personality, has exemplified an incredible commitment to Operation Aware's mission.
Each spring, Rick Couri embarks on a new -- and sometimes crazy -- adventure to raise funds for Operation Aware. Each year, Rick dedicates three days of service to raise awareness and to encourage the Tulsa community to rededicate ourselves to teach kids, through Operation Aware programs, about the dangers of drugs and violence.
